Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change and little ones can get sick. If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always try to work with you to find a solution!

Cancellations with sufficient notice: You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 5 days before the workshop. When less than 5 days notice is provided, where possible, we will offer your place to someone on our waitlist. If your place is successfully filled, we will offer you the option to transfer your booking to another available workshop or refund the session.

Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made too close to the workshop cannot be refunded or transferred, as we are unable to offer the place to another family (and have already ordered coffees and other consumables). This applies even in the event of illness. We know that illness is unfortunate and inevitable, if you let us know asap, we will always try to offer your place to a family on the waitlist (even in the case you wake up sick on the day).

We understand that illness can be unpredictable, and we always appreciate you letting us know rather than attending while unwell. Where appropriate, we may offer a goodwill gesture at our discretion.

Thank you for understanding that our workshops have limited places and are often fully booked, so late cancellations can mean another family misses the opportunity to attend.
